WordPress > Plugins > Add Plugin > Upload Plugin (button on top of page) > select Responsive Twenty Ten plugin zip file > Install Now > Activate Plugin

Examples of use:

If multiple menu levels are used, the Twenty Ten css dropdown menus can cause problems with some touch devices because navigation to link target already starts when opening the dropdown. Use the Touchdown Menu plugin on those websites to fix this.

If multiple menu levels are used, pure css dropdown menus like in WordPress Twenty Ten theme can cause problems with some touch devices because navigation to link target already starts when opening the dropdown. Use the Touchdown Menu plugin on those websites to fix this.
